Baby Aapa (Javeria Saud) is worried about her son, Shehzad (Junaid Jamshed), who has been acting strangely lately. Shehzad is avoiding his family and friends, and he seems to be struggling with something.
Baby Aapa's daughter-in-law, Mehwish (Tuba Anwar), is also concerned about Shehzad. She tries to talk to him, but he refuses to open up to her.
Baby Aapa eventually discovers that Shehzad is struggling with depression. He is feeling overwhelmed by his responsibilities and he is afraid of failing.
Baby Aapa helps Shehzad to see that he is not alone and that he can overcome his depression. She reminds him that he is loved and supported by his family and friends.
Shehzad starts to open up to his family and friends and he begins to get the help that he needs. He starts to feel better and he is able to face his challenges.
The episode ends with Baby Aapa reflecting on the importance of family and support. She says that "no one is ever alone" and that "we all need someone to lean on."
